Leadership and collaborative team skill development for students
Presented by Professor Araceli Martinez Ortiz, Engineering Technology, Texas State University
Leadership and teamwork are fundamental skills necessary for Engineering students to actively learn and practice as part of their Engineering education. Given the academic and time pressures that most engineering students are under, it is often a challenge for them to spend additional time formally learning these skills. Research in the field of leadership and collaborative team skill development will be presented.
